Two Factor Authentication - Medadvisor for Pharmacy web

The MedAdvisor for Pharmacy web platform requires two-factor authentication to login.

 

  • Select Log in

  • On the log in page, enter your email address and password

Please note: As an optional step, you can select the tick box to remember your login.

  • Select Login

  • You are required to download the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile phone.

  • Select the + icon

  • Scan the QR code on the pop-up on your computer screen.

  • When logging in, you will be required to enter a code that is available on your mobile, in the Microsoft Authenticator app, as an additional security step. Enter the code on your Authenticator app to login securely.

 

Once you have successfully logged in you can access Two-factor authentication settings by following these steps:

  • Select the icon in the top right-hand corner of MedAdvisor for Pharmacy (web version) and select Account settings

  •  Select Two-factor authentication

  • A pop-up will appear allowing you to Change authenticator app, Disable two-factor authentication and Generate recovery codes
