Users - How to remove a user from MedadvisorHQ (Head office only)

MedadvisorHQ allows users with admin access to remove users from accessing the platform. We recommend reviewing this regularly and remove users who no longer work at your pharmacy group.

 Please follow these steps:

  • In the menu, select Users

MAHQ Users menu

 

  • You will see a list of users who have access under Head Office User Management. Under the Action column, select the Delete icon

Delete User account MAHQ yes

 The user will now be removed from access to your version of MedadvisorHQ
