Professional Services Manager

Casey Shannon has been with Blooms The Chemist for over 10 years, starting out as a pharmacy student and progressing to her current role as Professional Services Manager for Blooms The Chemist Support Office.

She works with over 100 stores providing support and guidance for Pharmacists in the network. In her role as a Pharmacist, she enjoys furthering building relationships with customers and her community, helping them understand more about their health.

Key areas of interest for Casey include mental health and women’s health.

Head of Pharmacy and Ethical Buyer

Eric Chan has been with the Company since 2011 and has been serving his community as a Partner of Blooms The Chemist Forestville for over seven years.

In his role of Head of Pharmacy and Ethical Buyer, Eric provides industry support and knowledge for the network’s 100+ stores, and nurtures relationships with key dispensary suppliers.

He leads a team of pharmacists that identify other income streams and coach pharmacists across the network how to maximise these revenue streams.
